The report form collects your chosen category, nonconfidential description, optional supporting links and information, name, email and optional organization. A unique receipt reference and the time of submission are stored with the report. No file uploads or sensitive confidential materials are requested.
Why information is collected
Information is used to assess your submission, prevent repeat submissions and contact you about the matter where appropriate. Reports are not publicly accessible and are stored in access-restricted Lovable Cloud storage. Submitting a report does not subscribe you to marketing.
Submission terms
Only share information you are entitled to provide. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, privileged legal material or confidential recordings, agreements or trade secrets. Supporting links should point only to material appropriate for this review.

To request access, correction or removal, send a report under “Other matters” and include your original reference and the email used. Do not repeat sensitive information. Identity may need to be verified before a request is acted on.

Ownership & public archive
Archive records may describe projects, affiliated ventures and wider professional experience through other entities. Inclusion does not establish DMD63 ownership, authorship, control or contractual participation. Identifying details and unapproved metrics are withheld.
